When you send an enquiry, Smoothie Bikes collects the event and contact details you provide so your request can be reviewed and responded to. Your submission is stored with the website's hosting provider and emailed to Smoothie Bikes through an email delivery provider. You receive an acknowledgement at the address you give.
Please share only the information needed to plan your event. You do not need to provide sensitive personal information about guests. General dietary or access preferences are enough to start the conversation.
The form does not sign you up for marketing. Your enquiry does not reserve equipment or confirm an event booking. A request for a planning call records your preference; it does not book a calendar appointment.
A bot check runs on the form to filter automated submissions. Google Analytics measures how the site is used in aggregate (pages viewed, scrolling, enquiries sent) so we can improve it; it does not identify you to us. This site does not load advertising trackers.
